Below are some testimonials from a few of her clients both professional and the general public.
Truly Genuine and Professional… From the very start when Lauren diagnosed the problem I had with my back and hips, she used various methods of massage and stretching to help with my ailments. One of the best physical massage therapists I have been to. By embarking on the journey to put me right I found her to be truly genuine and very knowledgeable in her industry. It’s a shame Lauren has moved away from my home town but wish her every success. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Eden Francis: Team GB Champion Discuss and Shotput
Lauren has been a brilliant therapist. Over the past few years, I have been plagued by injury and Lauren has always done her utmost to keep me on the track. As an athlete I have had the opportunity to work with many therapists and Lauren’s knowledge is rivalled by few. Her professionalism is exemplary and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. Many thanks for all your hard work Lauren.
I have been seeing Lauren for 3 years and she has enabled me to continue my running and walking through sports massage and exercises to maintain muscle strength. Her advice and sports rehab knowledge has helped me heal quickly but effectively when I have had injuries/niggles and enabled me to get back to my running races injury free.
Ciara Pinnington: Rugby Union and American Football Player
I’ve been going to Lauren for years now, for various injuries and treatment, her knowledge is excellent and she has always been able to assess and treat each injury really effectively with excellent accompanying rehab programmes.
When I hurt my ACJ in my right shoulder, she really helped me to get my mobility back in both shoulders and my range of movement so not only could I play rugby again, but I could also get back to work and back into my usual routine. The exercises she gave me were really effective as well as her treatment plan.
